Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and, where relevant, the EU GDPR and Mexican privacy legislation. Depending on the context, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract. We process personal data when it is necessary to enter into or perform our contract with you, including:
- creating and managing your Into Bet player account on intbetcas.com;
- verifying your identity and eligibility to use our services;
- processing deposits, bets, game participation, and withdrawals;

- conducting KYC and AML checks and retaining related documentation;
- monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and reporting to competent authorities where required;

- Legitimate interests. We process personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests, provided these are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. These legitimate interests include:
- securing our systems and preventing fraud, abuse and misuse of the Site;
- improving and optimising the Site's performance, user experience and product offering;
- conducting internal analytics, statistics and reporting to understand and develop our business;
- protecting our legal rights, enforcing our terms and defending against claims.
- Consent. In some cases, we rely on your consent, for example:
- sending you marketing communications by email, SMS, push notification or other electronic means where required by law;
- using non-essential cookies and similar technologies for analytics or advertising purposes;
- sharing data with certain third-party advertising partners or affiliates for personalised offers.
- Mexican privacy law considerations. For users located in Mexico, we also take into account the principles and obligations set out in Mexican privacy laws (including the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), particularly regarding consent, purpose limitation, proportionality and ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).
Purpose of Processing
We use your personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes. In particular, we process your data for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating our services. To create and manage your Into Bet account on intbetcas.com, provide access to games, handle deposits and withdrawals, settle bets, credit bonuses, and maintain the overall functionality and availability of the Site.
- Verification, compliance and risk management. To verify your identity and age, prevent duplicate accounts, conduct KYC and AML checks, determine your eligibility under applicable law, manage self-exclusion and responsible gambling tools, and monitor transactions and gameplay for fraud, abuse and suspicious activity.
- Customer support and communication. To respond to your queries, complaints and feedback via email, live chat, Telegram or other channels; to provide technical assistance; to notify you of account-related issues such as changes to terms, security alerts or transaction confirmations.
- Service improvement and analytics. To understand how users interact with our games, features and promotions; to perform internal analytics and statistics; to test and develop new functions and user interfaces; and to optimise the Site's performance and security. Where feasible, we use aggregated or pseudonymised data for these purposes.
- Marketing and promotions. With your consent where required, to send you marketing communications about bonuses, tournaments, promotions, loyalty schemes and partner offers; to personalise content and promotions based on your preferences and activity; and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Advertising and affiliation. With appropriate safeguards and consents, to work with affiliates and advertising partners to attract new players, manage affiliate relationships, and track the performance of marketing activities.
- Legal, regulatory and enforcement purposes. To comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and requests from competent authorities, including gambling, AML and tax authorities; to cooperate with law enforcement; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; and to protect our rights, property and the safety of our users and third parties.
Disclosure & Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with third parties where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to appropriate safeguards and, where required, your consent. These third parties fall into the following categories:
- Group companies and affiliates. Other entities related to Into Bet or its platform providers (such as BetConstruct) that support the operation of Into Bet, including for technology, marketing, customer support and risk management purposes.
- Platform, software and game providers. Third-party providers of casino games, sportsbook feeds, and related software who need limited data (such as your player ID, country, currency and game activity) to deliver and optimise the games you play.
- Payment service providers and financial institutions. Banks, card schemes, e-wallet providers, payment processors, cryptocurrency processors (where available), and their agents, in order to process deposits, withdrawals and refunds, manage chargebacks and prevent financial crime.
- KYC/AML, fraud and risk management partners. Third-party identity verification providers, sanctions-screening providers, fraud detection services and similar partners who assist us in verifying your identity, mitigating fraud and complying with AML and sanctions obligations.
- IT, hosting, security and analytics providers. Companies providing data hosting, cloud services, security services, performance monitoring, analytics and other technical infrastructure necessary to operate and secure the Site.
- Marketing, advertising and affiliate partners. Subject to your marketing and cookie preferences, we may share limited data with marketing partners, affiliate networks and advertising platforms to run campaigns, measure performance and prevent abuse of promotions. In many cases, this involves aggregated or pseudonymised data.
- Regulators, authorities and dispute bodies. Gambling regulators (including Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. as master licence holder #5536/JAZ), financial intelligence units, tax authorities, data protection authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies and other public bodies when we are legally required to do so, or when necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others. For certain gambling disputes, information may be shared with the master licence holder or any alternative dispute resolution body involved.
- Professional advisers and business transferees. Lawyers, auditors, consultants, accountants and other professional advisers, as well as potential or actual purchasers of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality obligations, for purposes of due diligence, corporate restructuring or business transfer.
Whenever we share personal data with third parties, we require them to process it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law, to implement appropriate security measures, and to refrain from using the data for their own unrelated purposes.
International Transfers
Because Into Bet and Into Bet operate online and use international service providers, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the United Kingdom ("UK") and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This may include transfers to Curaçao, Estonia, Cyprus, other EU/EEA member states, and other jurisdictions where our partners or data centres are located.
- Transfers from the UK / EEA. Where UK or EEA data protection laws apply, we implement appropriate safeguards when transferring personal data to countries that do not benefit from an adequacy decision. These safeguards may include:
- entering into Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement ("IDTA") or UK Addendum to the SCCs;
- performing transfer risk assessments and applying additional technical and organisational measures (such as encryption and access controls) where appropriate;
- limiting the data transferred to what is strictly necessary for the relevant purpose.
- Transfers for core operations. As Mier B.V. is based in Curaçao and uses platform, payment and verification providers in various jurisdictions, your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA for essential activities such as account management, game provision, payment processing, KYC/AML checks and customer support.
- Transfers for marketing and analytics. Where we use international advertising or analytics providers, personal data or pseudonymised identifiers may be transferred globally. Such transfers are subject to contractual and technical safeguards and, where required, your consent for the underlying processing (for example, through your cookie choices).
You may contact us at support@intbetcas.com for more information about the specific safeguards in place for international transfers of your personal data.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the applicable laws, particularly AML and gambling regulations. In general, we apply the following guidelines:
- Account and identity data. Core account details (name, date of birth, contact details) and KYC/AML documentation (ID copies, proofs of address, verification results) are typically retained for at least five (5) years after your account is closed or after the date of your last transaction, whichever is later, to comply with AML and record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction and payment data. Records of deposits, bets, withdrawals, chargebacks and related financial information are retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with accounting, tax and anti-fraud requirements.
- Gameplay and behavioural data. Detailed game logs and betting histories may be retained for up to five (5) years after account closure or last activity, subject to legal and regulatory requirements, and may be archived in pseudonymised form for analytics and risk management.
- Marketing data. Data used for marketing purposes is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications or until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing, and for a short period thereafter to implement your request and demonstrate compliance. We may retain a record of your opt-out to ensure that you are not contacted again.
- Complaints and disputes. Records relating to complaints, disputes, investigations or legal proceedings are retained for as long as necessary to handle the issue and, typically, for up to six (6) years after closure to comply with legal limitation periods.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are stored on your device for periods described in our cookie banners and within your browser settings. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies used for analytics or preferences usually last between six (6) and thirteen (13) months, unless you delete them earlier.
When data is no longer required for the purposes described in this Policy, we will delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you. Where full deletion is not immediately possible due to legal or technical constraints, we will restrict processing of the data to storage only, applying appropriate safeguards.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR where relevant, and Mexican privacy laws), you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. These rights may vary depending on your location and the legal basis on which we process your data, but generally include:
- Right of access. You can request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data, together with information about how and why we process it.
- Right to rectification. You can ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data. In many cases you can update certain details directly via your account settings.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). You can request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (if consent was the legal basis), or where the processing is unlawful. This right is not absolute; for example, we may need to retain certain data to comply with AML, gambling or tax laws.
- Right to restriction of processing. You can request that we temporarily restrict processing of your data, for example while we verify its accuracy or assess an objection you have raised.
- Right to object. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling. We will stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing is required for legal claims. You also have an absolute right to object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.
- Right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract and carried out by automated means, you may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller.
- Rights regarding consent. When we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, for example by changing your marketing preferences in your account, using the unsubscribe link in emails, adjusting cookie settings, or contacting us at support@intbetcas.com.
- Mexican ARCO rights. If you are located in Mexico, you may also exercise ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición) under Mexican privacy law. These rights broadly correspond to access, rectification, cancellation (erasure) and opposition (objection) to processing.
How to exercise your rights. You can submit a request by contacting us at support@intbetcas.com or via live chat, clearly indicating that your request relates to data protection and specifying which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by confirming account details or providing identification documents) to protect your data.
Response timeframe and fees. We aim to respond to all valid requests within one (1) month (30 days) of receipt, as required by the UK GDPR, and will inform you if we need additional time due to complexity or number of requests. In such cases, we may extend the response period by up to two further months and will notify you accordingly. We do not charge a fee for handling your request, unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act, as permitted by law.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on intbetcas.com to ensure the proper functioning of Into Bet, enhance your experience, analyse site usage and, where permitted, deliver personalised content and advertising.
- Types of cookies.
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Site to function correctly, including to enable login, maintain your session, process transactions and ensure basic security. These cookies cannot be switched off via our cookie tools, although you can block them via your browser settings (which may affect site functionality).
- Functional cookies: Allow the Site to remember your preferences (such as language, currency, and region) and provide enhanced features.
- Analytics/performance cookies: Help us understand how users engage with the Site (for example, which pages are visited most often, how long sessions last and whether errors occur) so that we can improve performance and user experience. These may be set by us or by trusted analytics providers.
- Advertising/targeting cookies: Used, with your consent where required, to deliver relevant marketing messages on and off the Site, limit how often you see an advertisement, and measure campaign effectiveness. These cookies are often set by third-party advertising networks or affiliate partners.
- Security and fraud-prevention cookies: Help us detect and prevent fraud, abuse and suspicious behaviour by recognising devices and monitoring anomalies in activity.
- Managing cookies. When you first visit the Site in 2025 or later, you may be presented with a cookie banner or preference centre that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies (such as analytics and advertising cookies). You can adjust your preferences at any time via the cookie settings panel (where available) or by changing your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to manage cookies by accepting or rejecting all cookies, or by setting preferences for specific sites. Instructions are typically available in the "Help" section of your browser. If you block all cookies, some parts of Into Bet on intbetcas.com may not function properly.
For more detailed information about the cookies in use and their lifespans, please consult any dedicated cookie information provided on the Site, where available.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect it against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage. While no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we strive to maintain a level of security consistent with industry best practices.
- Encryption in transit and at rest. Data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.2 or higher, helping to encrypt communications over the internet. Where technically feasible, we also encrypt sensitive data at rest using strong encryption algorithms.
- Access controls and authentication. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes, based on role-based access controls. We use authentication measures (including unique user accounts, strong passwords and, where appropriate, multi-factor authentication) to help prevent unauthorised access to systems containing personal data.
- Network and application security. We employ firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, anti-malware tools, secure development practices and regular vulnerability assessments to reduce the risk of security incidents affecting Into Bet and intbetcas.com.
- Monitoring and logging. System logs and monitoring tools help us detect unusual or suspicious activity and respond promptly to potential threats.
- Staff training and confidentiality. Employees and contractors with access to personal data receive training on data protection and information security, and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Access is granted only where necessary for their role.
- Incident response. We maintain procedures for identifying, assessing and responding to personal data breaches. Where required by law, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals without undue delay, taking into account the nature and impact of the breach.
- Standards and best practices. We aim to align our security controls with recognised international standards and frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2) to the extent appropriate for our operations. This alignment does not necessarily mean that we hold formal certifications under these standards.

- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant supervisory authority or, where appropriate, to our licensing or dispute resolution bodies as described below.
Data protection supervisory authorities. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live, work, or where you believe a breach has occurred. Relevant authorities may include:
- United Kingdom: Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, UK. Website: https://www.ico.org.uk.

Gambling-related disputes. For disputes relating to gameplay, bonuses or payouts (rather than data protection), you should first contact support@intbetcas.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved, certain cases may be escalated to the master licence holder under Curaçao licence #5536/JAZ or to any independent dispute resolution channel we may specify from time to time. Please note that, as an offshore operator not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, some typical UK protections (such as UKGC dispute resolution schemes or GamStop) do not apply to Into Bet.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, regulatory requirements or other factors. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.
- Notification of changes. For non-material changes (for example, clarifications or minor organisational updates), we may simply post the updated Policy on intbetcas.com. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or how we process your data, we will take additional steps to inform you, which may include:
- sending you an email notification to the address associated with your Into Bet account;
- displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Site;
- providing an alert in your account dashboard.
- Advance notice. Where reasonably possible and where changes are material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before the new version takes effect, particularly if the changes require your consent or may materially affect your existing consents.
- Your options. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should stop using Into Bet on intbetcas.com and may request account closure through customer support. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
