These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Into Bet version of the gambling services provided via the website located at intbetcas.com (the "Website"). By accessing, registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
The gambling services provided through intbetcas.com are operated by Mier B.V., a company registered in Curaçao and operating under a sub-license of Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. ("C.I.L.") under Master License #5536/JAZ, together with any affiliated entities that may be involved in payment processing or platform provision (collectively, the "Operator"). The Into Bet version of the Website is a localized presentation for users in the United Kingdom, but the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and operates as an offshore/grey-market provider.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that UK-specific regulatory protections (including UKGC oversight, GamStop registration enforcement and statutory alternative dispute resolution schemes for UK-licensed operators) do not apply to your use of the Into Bet version of intbetcas.com. Winnings from offshore operators such as the Operator may not be treated as enforceable debts in UK courts.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- "Operator"
- Mier B.V., a company registered in Curaçao and operating under C.I.L. Master License #5536/JAZ, together with any affiliated or successor entities that provide, manage or process payments for the gambling services on intbetcas.com.
- "Website"
- The online gambling site accessible at intbetcas.com, including the Into Bet localized version, all related subdomains, mobile versions, and any software or applications provided by or on behalf of the Operator.
- "Into Bet"
- The localized version of the Website and related services offered via intbetcas.com and presented to users who access the Website from, or register using details from, the United Kingdom.
- "User", "you", "your", "Player"
- Any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, places bets or uses any gambling or ancillary services offered via the Website.
- "Account"
- The unique user account you create on the Website, enabling you to deposit funds, place bets, participate in games, receive bonuses and request withdrawals.
- "Bet" or "Wager"
- Any stake or risk of money placed by you on a game, event, market, casino game, slot, live casino table or any other gambling product offered on the Website.
- "Bonus"
- Any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards or other non-cash benefits credited to your Account by the Operator, subject to specific conditions, wagering requirements and restrictions.
- "Real Money Balance"
- Funds you have deposited into your Account and any winnings derived from such funds that are not subject to wagering requirements or other restrictions.
- "Bonus Balance"
- Any Bonus funds and associated winnings that are subject to wagering requirements or other conditions before they may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance.
- "Payment Method"
- Any debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, voucher, cryptocurrency or other means of payment accepted by the Operator and available in your Account interface.
- "Games" or "Services"
- All gambling products, including sports betting, virtual sports, slots, table games, live casino and any other games or services offered on or through the Website.
- "Applicable Law"
- The laws of Curaçao and any mandatory consumer protection or gambling-related laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded, including where applicable certain UK consumer protection laws.
- "UK Player"
- A Player who is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom or who uses UK-issued identification, payment details or contact information when registering an Account.
- "Business Day"
- Any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Curaçao on which banks are generally open for business.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and use the gambling Services on the Website. By registering, you declare that you are 18+ and legally allowed to gamble under Applicable Law.
- UK-specific requirement: If you are a UK Player, you must not use the Website if you are under 18, if you are prohibited from gambling by law, court order or contractual obligation, or if you have self-excluded via any national or local scheme (including GamStop). Although the Operator is not a UKGC-licensed participant in GamStop, you are contractually prohibited from using the Website while self-excluded.
- One account only: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Duplicate, shared or third-party Accounts are prohibited and may lead to closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing your full name, date of birth, country of residence, address, email, chosen currency and any other information requested by the Operator. You must confirm your email address via the verification link sent to you.
- Identity verification (KYC): The Operator may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds, including but not limited to a passport or ID card, proof of address (e.g. utility bill), payment method documentation (e.g. bank statement) and information regarding your employment or income. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, the Operator may restrict deposits, bets and withdrawals.
- Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide is complete, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your personal or contact details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security details confidential. You must not share them with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
- Unauthorised access: You must immediately notify the Operator at support@intbetcas.com if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed by someone else or used without your authorisation.
- Responsible use: You agree to use the Website solely for lawful gambling entertainment purposes and not for any fraudulent, collusive, money-laundering or otherwise prohibited activities. You must not attempt to manipulate odds, exploit technical errors or use automated tools, robots or scripts.
- Self-control and affordability: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you gamble within your personal financial means. Gambling involves risk of losing money. You should not consider gambling as a source of income or financial solution.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Types of Bets
- Offer and acceptance: A bet or wager is deemed accepted only once it has been processed and confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. Merely submitting a bet does not guarantee acceptance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or market has minimum and maximum stake limits determined by the Operator and/or the game provider. These limits are displayed in the relevant Game interface or bet slip and may be changed at any time.
- Odds and game rules: The applicable odds, payout tables and detailed rules for each Game are provided either within the Game client (for slots, table games and live casino) or in the betting interface (for sports and other events). In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and the specific Game rules, the Game rules prevail for that Game.
- Currency: Bets are placed in the currency selected in your Account (for UK Players typically GBP where available). Currency availability is subject to Operator policy and technical constraints.
Bet Confirmation, Cancellation and Settlement
- Bet confirmation: Once a bet has been accepted and assigned a transaction ID, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended by you. It is your responsibility to check that all details of your bet are correct before confirming.
- Operator's right to void: The Operator may void or adjust any bet, in whole or in part, if:
- the bet was accepted or settled due to a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds or obvious pricing mistake; or
- the outcome of the event was known or should reasonably have been known by you at the time of placing the bet; or
- you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct.
- Settlement of bets: Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant game provider, sports federation, governing body or trusted data provider. If a result is later overturned, the original settlement may stand unless the Operator decides otherwise.
Live Casino, Chats and Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive language or content is strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not use chat or any part of the Website to advertise services, solicit funds, promote competing websites, share personal contact details or encourage other users to break these Terms.
- Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chat and live interactions and may, at its sole discretion, mute or suspend chat privileges, temporarily suspend your Account or permanently close your Account for inappropriate behaviour.
